Overview
Day to day in this role, you’ll:

Be an authority on influencer marketing in the agency charged with helping build the influencer marketing capabilities within the agency.

Collaborate across Herd MSL teams and clients to deliver best in class influencer marketing strategies and execution.

Own and nurture Herd MSL’s influencer and talent management relationships.
-
Drive strategy and implementation (alongside a team) for a diverse spectrum of high-profile clients to deliver outstanding work.

Be a key contributor to client responses, providing strategies and insights to share a 360 solution.

Become a hands-on leader of our bespoke influencer marketing platform, MSL Fluency, leading innovation on the platform and cross-agency training and selling.

Drive relevant strategy agency partnerships and initiatives.
The person we’re looking for has:
-
Minimum of three to four years of influencer marketing experience.

Experience collaborating and working with other agencies across multiple disciplines (creative, media, shopper).

Experience delivering in a fast-paced environment displaying logical thinking, forward planning and the ability to identify, flag and solve problems.

Strong technical skills – both with client subject matter and influencer / digital marketing skills.

Team time management and budget stewardship to drive effective, efficient campaigns.

Proactiveness and be an ideas generator.

Ability to identify risks and be a problem solver.
