Description
We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive critical, high-impact projects within our Flex organization in Australia. You’ill be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring successful delivery against timelines. This role requires someone who can break down ambiguous problems, create detailed project plans, and drive execution while managing multiple stakeholders across different business units.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize the Flex delivery program across Australia
• Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve delivery partner experience and operational efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Legal, and Marketing to execute program improvements
• Own end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and measurement of success metrics
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for program optimization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency
• Manage stakeholder relationships across various levels of the organization
A day in the life
You’ll start your day connecting with team members across different time zones, reviewing project milestones, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Throughout the day, you’ll facilitate discussions, analyze performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
-
3+ years of program or project management experience
-
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
-
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
-
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
-
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
