Job description
· To Process quotations, customer orders, product returns, payments and credit notes onto our system in a timely manner· Liaise with customers or potential customers regarding their enquiries· Correctly inform customers of product availability and delivery status of orders through to successful delivery· Act as subject expert for all peroducts· Liaise with purchasing, warehouse & sales team to ensure an efficient order delivery service· Proactive telesales to existing database of customers with the ai, of increasing sales· Record communications on Customer Relationship Management system· Promote featured product offersSkills Required:· 2-5 years-experience in a sales driven role· Good organisation skills with attention to detail· Excellent customer service & communication skills· Experience of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Email and Internet· Experience of Sage/CRM would be an advantage.Apply Full nameEmail addressMessageUpload CVChoose File Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file.
