This is a field-based role, so you’ll operate from your home office, but will ultimately spent a lot of time out on the road, meeting customers. In this instance, you’ll be covering a territory around Dublin and the wider Leinster area.The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise, manage and deliver their own customer contact strategy. As Sales Director you will ensure all deals are structured effectively and comply with Company, FSA and IFSRA regulations set out by Bank of England and Central Bank of Ireland, whilst also ensuring Treating Customers Fairly Initiatives are fully adhered to.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively sources sales from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, sourcing new customers or through 3rd party introducers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets set through financing and associated products.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets, negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales, gathering market and customer information.
  • Make accurate, rapid quotations and provide customers with the relevant information to close the deal.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF HAVE:

  • Relevant sales experience with the Asset Finance Industry
  • A proven track record of delivering (or ideally exceeding) targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong credit skills with in-depth understanding of risk
  • The ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively
  • A history of being a practical problem solver
  • Self motivation and determination
  • A valid drivers licence
