The newly created Product Manager role for Mako Applications will help ensure Stryker South Pacific achieves success by growing its market share to become the leader within this space, optimizing profitability and creating a sustainable business over time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop commercialisation plans & lead the launch teams for Mako applications

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans

  • Partner with other Joint Replacement Product Managers to drive tactics that lead to growth and profitability across all product offerings

  • Acting a resource to the sales force for leadership, technical support, product training, problem-solving, sales effectiveness and dissemination of market information

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation and networking skills

  • Previous experience and success in product management and launching new products.

  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical and marketing data relating to product portfolio and/or industry

  • Tertiary qualifications in either marketing, scientific, biological, biomedical or engineering.

  • Computer literacy including graphics, spreadsheets, databases, digital marketing
