To assist this client to move closer to meeting their closure objectives, AECOM has committed to delivering an extensive program of comprehensive soil and groundwater assessments, remediation and rehabilitation of infrastructure. Job Description

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Perform detailed investigations of soil, surface water, vapor, and groundwater

  • Design and implement strategies to clean up and manage contaminated sites

  • Compile findings from site assessments and remediation activities into comprehensive reports for clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

  • Advanced Site Assessment Techniques.

  • Excellent technical writing skills to prepare comprehensive reports, including risk assessments, remediation plans, and regulatory submissions.

  • Expertise in designing and implementing effective remediation plans to address various types of contamination, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

  • Proven ability to develop an in-depth understanding of local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage budgets, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
