Kildare.Job Overview:Michael Murphy Home Furnishings are now recruiting for a proactive and enthusiastic Online Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls across multiple digital channels and perform basic merchandising tasks on our website.This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a basic understanding of web merchandising. Weekend work will be required every two weeks.Responsibilities and Duties:Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing customers.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Assist with basic website merchandising tasks, including updating product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring the website is visually appealing and user-friendly.Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to improve the online customer experience.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online sales and digital marketing.Work weekends (from home) as part of the regular schedule.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a digital environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of website merchandising and content management systems (CMS).Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join the Michael Murphy Team?Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Health and wellness benefits.
