We offer some great opportunities for career progression and development, alongside a competitive salary and a great benefits package.PURPOSE OF ROLE:Leading the Business Analysis team, the role will lead, conduct, and support the delivery of digital projects and initiatives, facilitating the growth of the business and the brand.The role will work in close alignment with the development team and product stakeholders to shape technical solutions, and the product backlog.Collaborating with internal and external parties, the role will manage cross-project workstreams whilst cultivating exploratory methods of team productivity and best practice. Gathering and analysing company data to identify needs and recommend solutions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Work closely with IT technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both business and technical needs
  • Take part in communication and training sessions to support the adoption of new processes or systems, addressing user concerns and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Line managing, leading, and developing the Business Analyst team. As a line manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive culture which recognises success, rewards results, and develops and drives high performance to retain talent.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and facilitate consensus in decision-making processes
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment, as well as willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, be personable and confident, and can build fantastic working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Comfortable working as part of a team in large projects, managing what comes with a fast-paced environment. Moreover, we’re looking for someone dynamic, proactive and adaptable
