Role: Business Analyst – Website Product DataDuration: 6 months contractRate: £400-£500 per day (umbrella)Location: Canary Wharf (2 days onsite)Our client, a global investment manager, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Website Product Data team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing ETF, Mutual Fund, and Cash product information across our global websites, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless digital experience.About the RoleIn this role as Business Analyst, you’ll ensure product launches and updates are executed effectively, maintain high-quality information, and contribute to process improvements.Key Responsibilities

  • Fund Management: Oversee fund launches and updates globally, working closely with internal teams such as product development, fund management, legal, compliance, and marketing.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all website product information is current and correct, adhering to high standards of accuracy.
  • Change Management: Define requirements for website and product management tools; work with technical teams on design, testing, and implementation.
  • Expertise & Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert for product-related decisions on websites and factsheets. Collaborate with data teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead testing for key projects, ensuring robust and successful outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Drive teamwork across cross-functional groups, improving workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
  • 1-3+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the investment management industry.
  • Knowledge of ETFs, Mutual Funds (UCITS, OEICs, AIFs).
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and solving problems proactively.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organisational abilities.
