- Manage all requests for breakdowns of both internal and external plant items and log them with the appropriate supplier/internal workshop, using the call management system.
- Follow up on all breakdowns, with suppliers/internal workshops to ensure that the request has been fulfilled and within the SLA and close.
- Invoice matching on two systems inspHire and Oracle.
- Resolve Invoice queries from Site Support
- Attend aged debt meetings with Tier 1 suppliers.
- Processing of damages/losses review the value and negotiate with suppliers where required and ensure all relevant documentation has been submitted.
- To monitor and chase up all failed collections.
- Ensure weekly reports are submitted accurately to BB contracts.
Who we’re looking for
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Good communication skills both written and verbally, a high attention to detail and an eye for problem solving.
- A working knowledge of Plant and equipment would be advantageous.
