Channel/Category Manager – eCommerce & DCM in Rhodes, Australia

The Opportunity

Nestlé is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager/Category Manager for eCommerce and DCM (Discount, Club and Mass) to join our team in Rhodes.

This role is pivotal in driving our eCommerce strategy and enhancing our digital presence as well as driving the strategy for DCM customers across the Confectionery and Snacks business units.

A day in the Life…

• Oversee the development and implementation of eCommerce and DCM strategies that align with our business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Analyse growth metrics to identify performance opportunities and implement timely corrective action to drive improvement.

• Lead the development of the Channel Strategy and collaborate closely with Category Development Team to integrate it into customer and category plans.

• Drive the business planning process, ensuring alignment across all functions to drive strategic success.

What will make you successful:

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or relevant discipline.

• Passion for driving growth across varying channels

• 5+ years FMCG experience across category, sales or marketing

• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies (preferable in eCommerce)

• Deep understanding of category, customer, and commercial dynamics.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce, including online promotion and search strategies

• Strong analytical, numerical, and planning skills.

• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
