Use of horticultural equipment to include a lawnmower, strimmer and leaf blower. Safe use of pesticides. Training will be provided. Prune back overgrowth. Power washing on an ad hoc basis. Hoovering, sweeping and cleaning. Prepare surfaces prior to painting. Interior & Exterior Painting. Some manual handling is required. Keep the area neat and tidy.
