We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Administrator (B2B) for our client in Citywest who is a leader in the FMCG space. This is a hybrid position and will suit a Customer Service Administrator with strong Excel skills and experience supporting B2B.Location: Citywest (Free Parking Available)Role type: Full time PermanentSalary: €35KWhat will I be doing?

  • Providing a high level of customer service through phone and email
  • Some minor tech support for platform users
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and weekly customer reports
  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Manager
  • Preparing and presenting weekly reports
  • Assisting in tracking and maintaining budgets

What is required of me?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer Service / Administrative position
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Excel – experience with V-Lookup and Pivot tables would be highly advantageous
  • Full working authorisation in Ireland
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks
