We love bringing our young learners from around the world together through a common language and building global connections.As one of our valued Summer School Managers you will have your role to play in inspiring, leading and motivating an entire school of students and staff, in order to ensure the delivery of teaching and activity programmes, with an exemplary level of dedication to the students’ development and welfare.Together with your centre team, you will be responsible for maximising both students and Group Leader satisfaction, ensuring that we meet or exceed expectations, whilst working within pre-determined budgets.Education Required:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent/or working towards
Additional Qualification Desired:
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding Level 1 and 2
Experience Required:
- Leadership or Management experience
Experience Desired:
- Experience working with juniors
- Experience in a role involving organisation / logistics / hospitality or travel
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to motivate, lead and inspire students
- Ability to deal with complexity and resolve problems and issues
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook,

Working week:
- 6 days out of 7 (1 day off per week)
