Main duties of the jobAs the Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at a Barchester care home, you will support the General Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. You will take on leadership duties in the General Manager’s absence, including overseeing care standards, motivating the team, and leading by example. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve your goals, conducting regular audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We’ll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
