At Kantox, we are looking for UK Sales Team Manager to join our amazing commercial team and hold a crucial role in the organisation 🚀We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented Team manager with a native level of English to help us build a team of Account Executives in the UK and win new clients.These projects will allow you to use your strong leadership skills while developing deep relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers.About the teamThe UK team (3 Account Executives + you) will have to be hired and coached to meet our very ambitious goals for the UK.As a Sales Team Manager, you work jointly with your team members and the other Sales Managers responsible for their own markets (DACH, Benelux, France, Spain, Italy, US, Poland). You will also collaborate with other teams dedicated to the success of the UK: Customer Success Managers, Implementation Managers, and Marketing Managers.We are a group of people with an international mindset – curious, explorative and open-minded.   • Management
  • Hitting our Revenue and closing targets for the UK market
  • Hiring, training, and managing a team of 3 new hires
  • Supporting your team in closing their deals
  • Leveraging a team of 2 BDR, already hired and reporting to the Team Manager Business Development
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales team, participating in Sales Managers forums.
  • Managing relationships with our key partners in the UK
  • Sales
  • Creating your own sales pipeline, based on your network and your direct outreach
  • Understand the details of the business models of potential customers and identify pain points, as well as opportunities in their current international finance and FX workflow.
  • Present the Kantox solution to the key decision makers.
  • Build strong financial business cases for the Kantox solutions.
  • Manage your portfolio of clients to maximize the customer lifetime value.

Who you are

  • You have successfully developed a UK business, either for a local or international company
  • You have sold to CFOs on the UK market and you have demonstrated your ability to drive C-level meetings
  • Strong background with top qualifications in finance, economics or business administration with a relevant master’s degree or similar.
  • Excellent communication and social skills: face to face, via telephone and email. You enjoy talking to other people with a genuine interest to learn about them and their business.
  • English is your native language

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Sales in the Saas Industry (selling to the finance department), as an FX sales in Financial Institutions, or as a Consultant for financial departments
  • 5+ years experience managing team (hiring, training)
  • Proven track record in developing a UK business is a need, in building a UK business is a plus
  • Demonstrable network among UK CFOs
  • Financial culture needed, knowledge about foreign exchange products is a strong plus.
