Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls promptly with a friendly, client-first approach
  • Managing scheduling and dispatching technicians effectively to meet client needs
  • Keeping clients informed of any updates, delays, or schedule adjustments
  • Contacting Club Membership clients for routine maintenance scheduling
  • Coordinating with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Debriefing technicians after service calls to maintain high standards and accurate reporting
  • Prioritizing service requests and assigning the best technician for each job

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
  • Experience & Skills: Strong customer service abilities, excellent communication skills, critical thinking, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Technology Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to climb stairs, moderate lifting (15-20 lbs), and flexibility for extended hours as needed
  • Language Skills: Bilingual a plus, but not required
