In this role, the successful candidate will oversee and manage a wide range of company secretarial services, delivering high-quality governance and compliance solutions to a diverse client base. Working closely with senior leadership, the role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the department’s strategy while refining leadership and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Project Management: Lead and manage various company secretarial projects, ensuring timely, accurate delivery while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to continuously refine the management of annual compliance matters, ensuring timely and accurate filings with key regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the overall strategy of the department, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Team Development: Inspire and support the professional growth of the team, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor for complex company secretarial matters.
  • Business Development: Drive business development efforts, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities while collaborating with partners to expand the firm’s client base.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee operational aspects such as billing, resource allocation, WIP, and scheduling, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Secretary qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios and delivering exceptional company secretarial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management experience, capable of handling multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
