The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the companys financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the companies financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Oversight of the group accounting function and consolidation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and controls.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance and operations team.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and Board.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or related fields
• Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles, driving strategic financial initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and treasury management principles
• Strong foundation in tax strategy, risk management, and internal control frameworks
• Experience operating in complex, multicultural, and multi-site environments
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
