As a member of our Banking Transformation team, you’ll be working with some of the most recognisable names within the Industry, helping them to deliver on projects focused on addressing their most significant challenges. We’re assisting banks to operate better, faster, cheaper, safer, and more sustainably. We do this by designing and improving processes, operating models, business architecture and customer experience.Your key responsibilitiesWorking with key stakeholders in our client base to understand the challenges that face their businesses and helping to tailor a solution to address these.Support the design and delivery of complex operational improvement and business transformation projects on engagements for key Banking clients – covering areas such as process improvement, journey design and operating model transformationConduct regular meetings with stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to keep them abreast of the progress of the projectSupport with proposals and bids for new clientsSkills and attributes for success
We’re looking for people who can demonstrate experience designing and delivering change and transformation projects within the Banking marketplace. You’re likely to have a strong track record in transformation delivery, with an ability to develop and deliver high-quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlines. Aligned with these technical skills you’ll have the natural curiosity to understand current processes, matched with a desire to initiate and effect strategic change across front, middle and back office. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas and findings clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders.To qualify for the role you should be able to demonstrate some or all of the followingPrevious experience working in transformation and change within the Banking industryStrong track record in project delivery, and/or an ability to develop and deliver high-quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlinesGood understanding of the banking value chain, including Origination, Onboarding, Customer Servicing, Product Management and Risk ManagementExperience in the design and development of new operating models, including an understanding of how Digital Transformation and the key applications and technology platforms that underpin this are affecting the Banking industryExcellent client stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationshipsIdeally, you’ll also haveThe natural desire to be part of a team and to support, encourage and share knowledge with colleaguesThe ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues and provide on-the-job trainingCommitment to actively engaging with our D&I agenda and championing social purpose-driven changeExperience with Agile product ownership or experience in a scrum master role.
