My client based in Dublin is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their vibrant team and contribute to their mission of support businesses across HR, employment law, and health and safety services.What you will do:As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive customer retention, and position the company as the market leader. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of email marketing, from strategy to execution, ensuring that campaigns are targeted, impactful, and measurable.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including nurture programs, webinars, events, and content promotions.
- Oversee email campaign performance, conducting market research, A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns for improved results.
- Design and implement effective list segmentation strategies, ensuring targeted outreach across specific market segments and industries.
- Integrate email campaigns with CRM systems (Salesforce) to enhance data quality and streamline lead management.
- Build landing pages, forms, and other digital assets to support campaigns and drive engagement.
Experienced Required:
- 3+ years CRM and Marketing Automation experience
- Marketo experience is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related degree.
