Now that’s an opportunity to really make a difference!We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer to join our Tax Law team as of October 2025.Your impactAs an Associate Lawyer in our Tax Law team, you will:Assist different types of corporate and individual clients in their diversified tax challenges (restructuring, structured financing, financial products, deals…)Advise international clients on Belgian tax law, international tax law, EU law and Case lawProvide tax advice in the private and corporate wealth sectorDraft and negotiate advanced tax rulingsAssist clients during tax audits, (fraud) investigations and raidsAssist with administrative appeals and settlement discussions through negotiation with authorities, mediation and arbitration proceduresDevelop local/global coordinated dispute resolution and litigation strategies, making use of national legislation, EU law and the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European UnionDefend clients’ interests in the national and international courtsAssist with voluntary disclosuresAbout youMaster’s degree in Law with a specialisation and additional degree in Tax Law.You’re graduating this academic year or have a maximum of two years experience.You have very good language skills in Dutch and/or French and English.
