You’ll have 81 bedrooms, 1 meeting room along with a modern open plan lobby, bar restaurant area.Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel – team engagement, the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success. They also:
- Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
- Strive for operational excellence in everything they do.
- Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
- Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing and Revenue.
About you:An inspiring leader with a burning passion for hospitality, you have a proven pedigree as a hotel leader and will be excited to take the hotel to the next level. You are:
