By providing direct support to the Global Head and Management Team, the successful candidate will contribute to a vibrant environment that encourages growth and offers significant exposure to high-profile clients within Ireland’s thriving financial services sector.About the RoleAs an Executive Assistant in the IFS Division, the individual will ensure efficient departmental operations by supporting leadership and coordinating administrative activities that drive international investments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to the IFS Team, managing incoming communications, processing invoices, organizing event logistics, and scheduling team meetings.
  • Diary and CRM Management: Assist divisional management with scheduling and maintain the Customer Relationship Management system, generating weekly reports for the leadership team.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Executives to gather data and key metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on organizational performance.
  • Presentation & Marketing Materials: Assist in preparing impactful presentations and marketing materials to support client engagement efforts.
  • Client Assistance: Coordinate meetings, draft support letters, and provide administrative support for clients, including visa and green card requests.
