The remit and focus of the role is to be responsible for lead/demand generation across the full MAT lifecycle – from acquisition, to customer expansion, to renewal . It’s a broad and exciting role, so we’re looking for someone up for a challenge – if you’re a keen writer and a collaborative Marketing Manager, this is the role for you.Core responsibilitiesUnderstanding the customerBuild deep knowledge and understanding of the MAT market, and Arbor’s supporting product suiteGenerate insights on MATs, using them to create impactful messagingBe a go-to person on what will drive MAT interest and engagement in ArborTactics and DeliverySupport the Enterprise Marketing Lead in creating the termly Enterprise Marketing ProgrammeResearch, craft, and implement outbound campaigns that convert prospects and customers alikeIdentify key events we should attend to meet prospect and customer MATsPlan and manage MAT specific events – such as the MAT stream at ArborFest, MAT PN, or the CST conferencesDevelop MAT nurture campaigns, and MAT content e.g. webinars, booksPartner with the Heads of Sales Development and Enterprise Sales to ensure outbound and ABM is as effective as possibleBe the go-to person for support on outbound to enterprise prospectsSupport Partnership Managers, Account Managers and SDRs with prospecting emails and campaign ideas for enterprise prospects and customersSystems and dataPerform a key role in data quality and system setup for MATs in Hubspot, including integrations with Arbor CRM and SalesforcePlay a part in lead scoring in HubspotWork with the team to ensure Hubspot works well with our other systemsBe an expert in using Hubspot to achieve your goals and deliver your programmeOtherBe a brand custodian, helping to train others in our tone of voiceOccasionally write blogsAbout youHands-on experience in B2B Marketing, ideally within tech or SaaSCreative, tactical thinker – brilliant at creating plans and executing on themExcellent copywriting and editing skills – you can turn a piece of writing into something specialExperience using Hubspot, Salesforce or Marketo (or other similar system)Excellent collaborator who enjoys working across multiple teamsA creative, commercial and analytical mindset; equally comfortable working with data as you are with a Designer or supporting our Heads of SalesAn imaginative thinker – you can conceive of new ways to tackle a problem, and are driven enough to push on and bring ideas to completionStrong analytical skills and data driven thinking, with a passion to use data to drive growthAn entrepreneurial spirit.
