BI Analyst/Developer- SAP Business Objects-Tableau Servers- PowerBIBI Analyst/Developer with experience in configuring and managing servers, designing and deploying platforms using SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platforms, Tableau Servers and MS PowerBI services, is needed to work with our higher education client.The BI Analyst/Developer will be responsible for setting up, configuring and managing servers, designing and deploying platforms using SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platforms, Tableau Servers and MS PowerBI services.BI Analyst/Developer- SAP Business Objects-Tableau Servers- PowerBI- Essential Experience

  • Experience in configuring and managing servers, designing and deploying platforms using SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platforms, Tableau Servers and MS PowerBI services.
  • Experience in architecture and administration, authentication, authorisation and security, content management, monitoring and auditing, installation and backup, and troubleshooting on reporting platforms such as SAP BusinessObjects and MS PowerBI.
  • Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
  • Significant experience of creating Data Models and structures using Snowflake, Business objects universes (UDT/IDT), Tableau and associated design principles standards, Data modelling concepts, steps of reports production process.
  • Experience of conducting workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, document requirements, and translate them into technical designs.
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum) way of working, writing user stories and refining along.
  • Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within a Higher Education or large scale public sector environment.

BI Analyst/Developer- SAP Business Objects-Tableau Servers- PowerBI- Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of CI/CD process & ways of working including Git.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL process/Change mgmt./Release mgmt.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing.

The role is hybrid with 1-2 days on site per week in central London.Inside IR35-Circa £500.00-£580.00 per day
