Job Duties and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Focal point for 24/7 monitoring of Fleet assets

• Travel and Accommodation booking management

• Ensure compliance with Fleet Regulation & Registration

• Receives job orders, assures resources are available, and communicates with customers and crews regarding job resources, scheduling, and services.

• Works independently, utilizing two-way radio and other communications equipment.

  Role Requirements

• Experience with Fleet asset management (highly regarded)

• Knowledge of IVMS tracking systems (desirable)

• Able to work a rotating 12 hr day/night shift roster

• Proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office knowledge

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of location services and equipment.

• Proficiency typically gained through 1-2 years related dispatching/location experience.
