Job Title: Senior Interaction Designer (Hybrid)Are you passionate about creating impactful digital experiences in healthcare? Join a dynamic team where your design expertise will help shape innovative medical technologies that improve lives around the world.As a Senior Interaction Designer, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and R&D, applying user research and design skills to deliver cutting-edge interfaces for medical devices and platforms. What You’ll Do:

• Lead user-centered design processes, guiding multiple projects from research through to implementation.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure UX metrics are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business and user goals.
• Mentor and teach others about design frameworks, UX principles, and design thinking in Agile Scrum.
• Deliver high-quality design outputs including wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and advocate for the role of UX at every project stage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 9+ years of design experience, with 5+ years in Interaction Design (preferably in regulated industries like medical).
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in software, hardware, or healthcare.
• Expertise with tools such as Axure, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Openness to travel (10-15%) for global collaboration.
