Ogilvy is home to the largest influencer marketing practice globally, and hosts the world’s biggest festival of behavioural science and creativity, Nudgestock – now in its 12th year.The Role:As an Influence Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing influencer marketing campaigns that cover a broad spectrum of influencer work. With your strategic mindset, you will be responsible for ideating, project managing, and executing campaigns that integrate into the overall strategy, including owned, earned, and paid channels. You will collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver best-in-class campaigns for our clients.You will also be responsible for identifying and nurturing client-appropriate talent opportunities, nurturing relationships, and maintaining successful client relationships by selling ideas and content streams in high-pressure situations. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with cultural and social trends and customers’ views and attitudes to ensure that our campaigns are relevant and effective. Finally, you will assist in promoting our influencer offering across the business, as well as support additional projects such as new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive trends.You should also have a creative outlook and champion the importance of diverse thinking and inclusiveness, with a keen interest in social media and relevant news and trends. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious, with a positive “can-do” attitude. You should also have a strong experience in key stakeholder management and integrating digital and social media into campaign activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns for clients across the spectrum of influencers
- Be responsible for day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting
- Actively contribute to the influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars and budgets
- Align and collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital and all other stakeholders, internal and external, to deliver best in class campaigns for our clients
- Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and nurture relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients
- Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations
- Be able to present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients
- Manage the influencer database and ensure it is kept up-to-date
- Stay up-to-date with cultural and social trends and customers’ views and attitudes
- Assist in the development of and participate in promoting our influencer offering across the business
- Support additional projects as required, such as new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive trends
Requirements:
- A passion for influencer marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships.
- The ability to remain optimistic under pressure.
- Strong experience of key stakeholder management.
- A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilizing new industry developments and technology.
- Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.

- A keen interest in all things social and an avid follower of relevant news and trends
