HAUS CareersJob # 10593Job Title: Project Architect, Mixed Use Local Authority Housing & Urban Developments, AutoCAD and RhinoThe Role:A cool small London practice is seeking an experienced Architect to join its team in London, working on UK and local housing/mixed use projects. They are found of research into a site, and working collaboratively together to improve the environment for future generations.The role requires the successful candidate to run projects through all RIBA stages, overseeing a small team and ensuring projects meet there targets. This is a role that requires a professional and hands on approach, including the ability to engage with a team and resolve technical challenges as and when they may come up.The Candidate:The ideal candidate will be a proactive and design-led architect that can deliver projects to the highest standard. The candidate will be required:
- RIBA or ARB registered, with atleast two years post-Part 3 experience working on UK projects
- experience across all RIBA work stages, with an appreciation for systems and attention to detail in the process
- valid permit to work in the UK
- technical expertise and knowledge of current construction methods
- strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe is essential,
Bonuses:
- use of Revit in a BIM environment,
- master planning and/or urban design experience
