Hard Services PMBarrow-in-Furness£60,000 – £65,000The Senior Project Manager role for the MWE project involves strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure cost-effective project delivery and client satisfaction. This position requires robust financial oversight, operational planning, and team leadership to achieve commercial and operational goals.Key Responsibilities: * Financial & Operational Management

  • Manage the Profit & Loss for MWE projects, ensuring value for money.
  • Develop mobilisation, transition, and operational plans to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Lead tender processes, working closely with the supply chain to establish cost-effective solutions.
  • Relationship Building & Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, using Key Account Management principles to enhance commercial positioning.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits alongside clients to ensure open communication and address issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and inspire project delivery teams, ensuring project goals align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement HR strategies focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Foster a positive organisational culture that aligns with core values and supports continuous improvement.
  • Project Programme Management
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve milestones and objectives.
  • Participate in progress meetings and lessons learned reviews to drive continuous improvement and project success.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to policies, particularly in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
  • Uphold Standards of Conduct and Code of Ethics, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • External Relations & Brand Promotion
  • Actively promote the brand and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
