Role: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + car allowance, pension, healthcareCarriera is proud to partner with a multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices all across the UK including cities like Bristol and London. Our client has been established for over 70 years and boasts a headcount north of 1,000 professionals offering a variety of services including project management, cost management, building surveying and planning to their clients across the built environment.About the roleAs a senior project manager, you will be leading a stellar £1bn regeneration of a very large campus for one of Britain’s most exciting data centre operators. The project is currently at masterplan stage and carries a project lifecycle of circa 5-6 years.Requirements
- Experience within the built environment with a multi-disciplinary/construction consultancy.
- Data centre/critical infrastructure experience is desirable but not essential.
- Track record of delivering projects from inception to completion is needed.
- Track record of delivering projects with values from £20m+.
- MRICS/MCIOB is beneficial.
