Digital Content Admin Roles – Join Our Transformation Project!

Big Red Group is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation, unlocking new business opportunities and enhancing the customer experience. As part of this project, our Digital Content team plays a crucial role in delivering an optimised on-site experience through key activities.

We are looking for 5 enthusiastic individuals to join us on a 6-month contract to help launch a new storefront. Ideally, you will be based in Sydney or the Gold Coast, but we are open to remote applicants as well. This is an immediate start role, working with a fun, fast-paced team. For those in our stunning offices, you’ll enjoy joining us for All In Mondays, which include a shared community lunch.

Key Responsibilities

As BRG scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that’s all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you’ll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On:

  • New Product Optimisation: Accurately create new product listings, including uploading imagery, descriptions, and pricing on our eCommerce platform.

  • Content Population: Populate website content, supported by our copywriter for some tasks.

  • Imagery Management: Edit, crop, and resize images for web use, and request additional imagery from the Supply team if needed.

  • Product Details: Ensure all product listings are detailed and complete, including merchandising products correctly across regions and categories.

  • SEO Tagging: Make sure product pages are SEO-optimized for better visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full training will be provided, but a positive attitude and a drive to produce high-quality work consistently are key.

  • Digital or eCommerce experience is a bonus, but not essential.

  • Fast learners who can follow detailed instructions and work autonomously while being team players.

  • Meticulous attention to detail is critical—you take pride in getting it right the first time.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines with ease.
