A Central London firm is looking for a property paralegal to work at their office located a 2 minute walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station. The role offers hybrid working. Candidates will need to have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in commercial property work.Candidates should ideally have experience of the following:·Commercial property
·Drafting AP1s and Stamp duty returns
·Utilising Land Registry Portal
·Preparing financial statements and completion statementsRelevant professional training will be provided and career development opportunities available to the right candidate.
