If you’re looking to lead dynamic projects from concept to completion, we have an exciting opportunity for you to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, working alongside talented multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you’ll drive the successful delivery of innovative interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations. With a strong focus on project leadership, financial management, and process improvement, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional results for luxury spaces.What you’ll do in this Project Manager Role
- Lead and deliver: Oversee all phases of interior design projects, ensuring resources align with client and contract expectations. Guide teams to deliver projects smoothly and effectively.
- Collaborate: Work closely with design teams to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and adapt: Track project progress, identifying potential issues and resolving them to keep things on course. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing their expectations.
- Financial oversight: Manage project budgets and financial processes, working with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Drive new business: Support business development by handling proposals and identifying opportunities alongside the Commercial Director.
- Improve processes: Continuously seek ways to optimise project delivery, leading post-project reviews to capture insights and refine future practices.
What You’ll Need for this Project Manager Role
- Proven experience managing interior design projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to oversee cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management abilities, with a focus on budgeting, timelines, and client communication.
- Experience with project management tools (such as Streamtime) is a plus.
- A passion for luxury design and an eye for detail.
