Sales Associate Opportunity in Epsom!Are you passionate about transforming spaces and love working with people? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you! As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers design their dream homes. From selecting the perfect colours to choosing the best furnishings, you’ll guide them every step of the way to create beautiful, cosy, and functional living areas.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers with a smile and a friendly chat.
- Helping them find the right products by offering expert advice on features, materials, and styles.
- Sharing your creative flair with customers by offering ideas for colour schemes and custom product options.
- Staying in the know about the latest arrivals, deals, and promotions.
- Keeping the store looking stunning with eye-catching displays.
- Mastering the art of upselling and cross-selling fabulous home furnishings.
- Handling customer questions or issues like a pro, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring a five-star experience every time.
Your Working Hours:
- A 2-week rotating schedule:
- Week 1: 36 hours – working 3 weekdays, Saturday & Sunday.
- Week 2: 37.5 hours – working 4 weekdays & Saturday.
- Hours: 9am – 5pm.
- No work on Christmas Eve through Boxing Day!
