Your work will focus particularly on the technology, medi, and telecoms industries, as well as energy, infrastructure (including digital infrastructure), life sciences, healthcare, hospitality and leisure.You’ll engage in a wide range of legal matters, including lending and refinancing deals, private equity-backed acquisition financing, embedded finance transactions, and investment finance.Working alongside highly regarded Legal 500-recognised professionals, including expert partners, you’ll thrive in a collaborative and supportive team culture designed to maximise your career potential. - A Banking & Finance Solicitor with 1-5 relevant PQE
