The Company:Our client is one of Ireland’s leading retail and SME banks. Their focus is centred on ensuring we deliver what our customers, colleagues and communities need to be successful.Your Role:The role’s key focus is to provide highly professional, friendly and outstanding customer service to all our customers on-site 5 days a week in Blackrock.The role operates in a telephony-based environment, this role is Monday to Friday, and every 5 weeks operates a one-weekend shift pattern. You will be the bank’s voice in delivering a more human customer experience across their products and services.Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with customers and handle queries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate and complete information for customers about the bank’s products and services
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs in a controlled and compliant manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Update customers records
  • Assist and support customers with transactions and service account queries
  • Progress your career by completing Accredited Product Advisor (APA) qualifications
