About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven professional who is passionate about creating engaging and impactful content for both internal and external target audiences to promote and protect the corporate reputation of the Coca-Cola Company and its bottling system. In this role, you’ll work proactively to identify stories that support the established company narrative. Additionally, you will collaborate with the OU PACS team and the China system to capture and provide insights for preempting reputational risks, thereby to supporting the business.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Lead the development and creation of high-quality and compelling content across various forms of media, incl. press and social, ensuring alignment with communications strategies and the corporate narrative.

  • Work with global communications teams, the OU comms network, bottling partners, and other functions to ensure cohesive and consistent communications.

  • Develop and manage the content calendar for corporate media handles to maintain a rich pipeline of content, aligning it with major milestones and strategic initiatives.

  • Recommend content optimization plans based on real-time reporting and metrics.

  • Maintain close collaboration with the OU communications network to ensure coordinated efforts for risk identification and management.

  • Identify, assess, and evaluate potential reputational risks, and advise local and lobal business to take pre-emptive action from a PACS perspective.

  • Proactively manage issues that impact the reputation of the company or the system in close collaboration with the cross-functional network.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to gather information and support communications initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, within a large global company or an international PR agency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, along with business and strategic acumen, for working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

  • Experience working in cross-functional/cross-regional teams, with the ability to navigate high-pressure and sensitive situations, is a plus.

  • Independent thinker with the ability to remain composed under pressure.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate communications projects.
