Job description
This full time permanent role will be based in Northolt for one of the UK’s biggest importers.The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- To organise all transport out of the company (customer orders, transfers to/from other warehouses) by liaising closely with the sales admin team and deal with any queries relating to UK transport.
- To make sure that we get the most competitive and reliable solutions for UK transport.
- To book all deliveries into the warehouse and 3rd party warehouses, ensuring the volumes and timings are in line with warehouse capacity and requirements.
- To make sure that Order chasing spreadsheet and warehouse calendars are always up to date.
- To check and process all UK transport and storage invoices in a timely manner.
- To check and process all goods invoices in a timely manner and raise any query to the purchasing team.
- To organise the sending of parcels from the company
If you have experience in stock management and Customer logistics |If you want to work in Northolt and be office basedThe successful candidate will-
- Have knowledge of Stock and logistics and have worked in a similar environment
- Ideally have some knowledge of FMCG
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT and system skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in the office full time
The client is an international importer and in the FMCG industry based in Northolt.A permanent role and competitive salary.
