This role will drive the marketing and PR strategy for the hotel, focusing on maintaining a high standard of luxury.   • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and execute the Marketing and PR strategy to enhance brand awareness, build lasting partnerships, and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with key stakeholders such as the General Manager, PR, and Brand Marketing teams.
  • Identify, develop, and maximise opportunities to drive revenue through both internal and external channels.
  • Manage relationships with creative, PR, and social media agencies, ensuring KPIs are met and all contractual agreements are fulfilled.
  • Oversee the hotel’s brand image across all areas (F&B, Spa, Rooms, etc.) and ensure all marketing materials adhere to established brand guidelines and standards.
  • Manage the hotel’s official website and OTA content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the brand’s standards in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Seek long-term partnerships to enhance brand awareness within the luxury 4* segment.
  • Oversee advertising agreements, including content, deadlines, and performance, and consider expansion based on budget, strategy, and demand.
  • Create briefs for photography, video content, and graphic design to maintain the hotel’s high standards of visual communication.
  • Coordinate content shoots for the hotel and F&B outlets, assisting with regional campaigns in collaboration with the business unit brand team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative concepts across hotel, F&B, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segments.
  • Support the sales team with relevant marketing collateral and assist in driving growth in MICE.
  • Contribute to hotel and group campaigns (Digital, Brand, CRM) in collaboration with the group team.
  • Stay updated on competitors, travel, and F&B trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience through effective internal communication of all marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Manage and optimise an extensive marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Create and maintain reports, tracking key KPIs relevant to marketing efforts, and provide accurate updates to stakeholders.
