This is a really exciting time to join them on their ambitious journey.Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • This role requires an individual with deep experience of supporting Account Managers, New Business
  • Sales and other supporting teams in the successful delivery of ‘live’ projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Understanding and ownership of all project management duties to assigned projects
  • Working with Account, Sales, Production and Estimating teams to help deliver on-budget, on-time and on-specification projectsParticipation of weekly meetings-to ensure project planning is optimal, highlighting key challenges, opportunities and actions
  • Regular ad-hoc communication with appropriate teams, acting as the glue between departments both pre-project and during ‘live’ project phases
  • Support in the creation of RAMS and fitting guides
  • Liaising with fitting teams and booking responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers when required by the Account/Sales teams
  • On-site visits with internal teams and/or customers during initial project discovery/survey/ specification, interval and installation/delivery stages
  • Adoption of company processes and systems
  • Awareness of commercialisation and financial growth plans
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers alike based on knowledge, trust, reliability and project success
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills with internal teams and customers at various touch-points of a ‘live’ project
  • ‘Always on’ mindset for products, service and capability opportunities
  • Always on’ mindset to how the business can better improve efficiencies and practices.

About You:

  • A methodical and thorough approach to working practices
  • Natural organiser, obsessed with detail, and tenacious about due diligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal teams and customers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent administration skills to ensure project life-cycles are smooth and thorough
  • Presentable, on-site with suppliers and clients during a project delivery/install
  • An open outlook towards opportunities, challenges, change and business direction
  • A team player who is also happy to work on own initiative
  • Flexible approach to working, excellent time management
  • Regular feedback on role optimisation and the broader sales function within the business
  • Proficiency in IT and project management tools (preferential).
