Our mission is to be a global leader in niche and innovative talent solutions.We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team and lead the implementation of the marketing and brand strategy across the company’s portfolio of specialist recruitment and tech training brands. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to a company-wide rebrand and deliver customer-led, commercially focused multichannel marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:
- Supporting business development through targeted B2B lead generation marketing campaigns.
- Working with senior business leaders to create value-add content and thought leadership in line with market trends.
- Managing the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, including regular e-newsletters and customer journey automation.
- Updating the website and digital channels to continually improve the user experience and SEO.
- Managing social media channels and creating social content for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Co-ordinating and promoting events.
- Creating and managing branded collateral and marketing templates.
- Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and championing consistent brand messaging across the company.
- Acting as an advocate for the Opus brand and championing marketing activity internally.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance for all marketing activity.
- Leading internal marketing communication and on-boarding activity.
- Build and manage targeted marketing lists and champion data accuracy to support marketing needs and GDPR compliance.
- Improving systems and processes to enable the monitoring and reporting of revenue generation and ROI.
- Adhoc support to the Head of Marketing as required.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years minimum experience in a marketing role in a B2B industry.
- Experience of delivering multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- Engaging copywriting with a high level of proof-reading skills.
- Good design skills, proficient in InDesign and Photoshop.
- Professional social media management and content creation experience.
- Commercially astute and ability to demonstrate MROI.
- Customer-focussed with experience tailoring marketing campaigns to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Confident in planning, organising and prioritising workloads.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business and work collaboratively.
- Experience using marketing data management systems, including website, email and customer CRM’s.
- Able to attend either Bristol or London office at least once a week. (More in first few months)
