The organisation is seeking a highly motivated Tax Professional to join their team as a Tax Manager/Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing the Taxation Department and will be considered for fast-tracking to partnership within the firm.
Salary: DOEKey Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the firm’s Taxation Department.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, both internally and externally.
- Collabrate with other departments to maximize fee potential.
- Lead tax-based consultancy projects.
- Enhance brand awareness through seminars and presentations on tax-related topics.
- Proven track record of service excellence and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 8+ years of post-qualification experience
- AITI/CTA or equivalent Tax qualification, with managerial experience in medium to large practice.
- Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated background in business development within an accountancy practice.
