Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off Rotational shifts AM/PM
Location: Heathrow – TW6 2GAPLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. We’re seeking a First line Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Manage the day to day allocation and deployment of cleaning teams utilising the Inform system – Real time
  • Set clear priorities for the Cabin Quality Supervisors and ensure the correct skill is deployed within the operation with the correct cleaning equipment
  • Take responsibility for operational performance during the shift, i.e. delays and quality.
  • Take responsibility for the fleet of GSE and processing around VORs, defects and operational standards of all colleagues operating equipment
  • Ensure shift briefs are delivered for all cleaning teams and operational priorities are communicated effectively
  • Responsible for managing colleagues including all people processes (RTWs, absence, disciplinary issues, performance management).
  • Oversee the airside stores team, ensuring that sufficient cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables are available to the cleaning teams

  • Previous management experience within aviation sector – desirable
  • Hold a UK driving license – manual
  • Ability to tailor communication style

  • Be able to provide five years address history
  • Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
  • To obtain a full airside ID
