The Job

Reporting to the Senior Manager Supply Planning – Service Parts – EMEA ANZ ASIA, you will manage the demand and supply planning for the service parts portfolio within the EMEA ANZ Planning organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that inventory levels, vendor relationships, and logistics are effectively managed to meet business objectives. You will be part of a truly international team of supply chain professionals that support the After-Sales Service Teams across the EMEA ANZ region .

Your duties will include:

  • Placing purchase orders and managing vendor supplies to maintain inventory levels, meet back-order targets, and fulfill daily operational requirements.

  • Performing serviceability reviews and placing last-time buy orders where needed.

  • Daily follow-up with vendors to manage backlog, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient communication for smooth operations.

  • Reviewing and identifying potential risks related to excess inventory and taking immediate action, including de-expediting, to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Coordinating inventory transfers between distribution centers to meet demand and operational requirements.

  • Challenging forecast inconsistencies and review with sales teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.

  • Maintaining and updating systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy for inventory and supply chain operations.

  • Maintaining planning parameters: SKU status, safety stock, MOQ & vendor lead time.

  • Assessing vendor performances, proactively resolving issues, and identifying areas for improvement in coordination with the vendor and product managers.

  • Collaborating with vendors and product managers to facilitate the smooth launch of new parts into the supply chain.

You Will:

  • Significant experience in Supply Chain/Vendor Management/Purchasing or a related field.

  • Be passionate about Supply Chain and customer-focused.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Have advanced Excel skills.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Have experience working in an international environment (advantageous).

  • Possess a Lean and Continuous Improvement mindset.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Have working knowledge of ERP and planning systems.

  • Be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
