Join Ireland’s leading Technical Services company, based in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to manage people, oversee key accounts, and drive business development for top FM, Property Management, and hospitality clients.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Achieving or exceeding your monthly service sales and margin targets consistently, for access control (bedroom locking systems), Fire door inspections and remedials, and general service of automatics.
- Maximising potential sales opportunities for your division by identifying the key target market sectors (Healthcare, Hospitality, pharmaceutical, commercial, education, Government) and both devising and executing on a strategy for success.
- Exercise your commercial acumen to ensure we provide viable solutions to our customers’ needs whilst achieving or exceeding our target margins.
- Continuously educate yourself on the products and services to ensure you personally align with our value proposition: Masters of detail, Endlessly Reliable, Trusted partners.
- Develop your knowledge of our competitors in your sector enabling you to identify and sell our competitive advantage
- Ensure that all estimated leads assigned to you are followed up professionally resulting in a high yield of orders
- Work closely and collaborate with the Munster sales manager (excluding service) ensuring all cross-selling opportunities are maximised and we consistently meet/exceed our monthly and yearly sales objectives
- Weekly appointments and business development within all regions of southern Ireland to maximise sales
- Oversee all sales within the division to ensure margins and costs are maximised
- Working closely with line manager to ensure divisional targets are achieved monthly/yearly, whilst identifying any new business opportunities
- Continuing to service and grow your own accounts and relationships to deliver your personal monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
- Cross selling all the Groups portfolio of products and services
- Work closely with marketing department to ensure all relevant sales opportunities for both Dublin & Munster are uncovered
Requirements:
- Experience selling services to a similar contact base
- Must live in or close to Dublin
