And we keep the prices real, too.As a Sales Adviser, you will use your great rapport building skills and your negotiating abilities to help our customers to make the most of their homes by answering their questions on our products and services, listening to what they are looking for, and recommending the perfect products to suit their needs.This isn’t about hard selling or cold calling, this is about being really passionate about customers and our brand, and using that passion to deliver a great sales experience to our customers.This role is based in our office in Swindon, as we believe that the best coaching and development you can get in this role is in person, with your team around to support you in your careerYour working week
Our Sales department is open 9am -6pm 7 days a week
Shifts are 9am – 6pm on a 5 day week rotation working 2 full weekends a monthWho we need:In the Customer Centre Sales department, we adopt a one team approach helping our customers make their house a real home by being customer focused, but sales driven.What will you doHandle inbound sales queries, and converting them into sales through exploring ur customer’s needs
Making outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in our products or services, and converting those enquiries into sales
Follow our company policy and processes to ensure we are delivering a great sales experience whilst delivering incremental sales
Looking for additional sales opportunities on every call
Use our systems to capture sales and deliver insights to the business
Deliver quality sales, compliantly, to achieve targets
Follow our sales and compliance training to ensure our customers are given the information they need at point of sale
Keep up to date with our products and servicesWhat we offer

Generous staff discountsPrevious sales experience is great, but not essential as full training will be provided to ensure you become an authentic expert in our sales team.Skills and ExperienceContact centre experience is desirable but not essential
Great communication skills
Fantastic listening skills- understanding customers needs is critical
Great written skills is an added advantage
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, GMail and GSuite applications such as Meet, Chat and Drive
Ability to negotiate with customers, and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
