Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Global Medical Head – Integrated Evidence Generation who is strategic, innovative and collaborative to join us in our Global Medical Affairs team, based in our Brussels headquarters in Belgium (preferred) or in one of our European relevant hubs.About the roleYou will join a highly dynamic team of experts where you will lead the development of the integrated evidence generation (IEG) plan to support assets in Myasthenia Gravis. In line with the asset strategy, you will provide the strategic overview of the EG needs, priorities, tactics, timelines and expected impact to the relevant internal stakeholders.Who you’ll work withYou will be working in a cross-functional team that includes the Asset Global Medical Head, regional stakeholders, and external partners. Together, you will align on evidence generation strategies, identify partnership opportunities, and support the delivery of impactful evidence.What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute the IEG plan in line with asset strategy.
  • Provide strategic oversight on evidence generation needs and priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration for integrated evidence generation activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of studies, supporting strategy and maximizing impact.
  • Manage the budget and track performance using key metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and develop external partnerships for evidence generation.
  • Supports life cycle management of the asset

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

  • Medical Degree (M.D.) or scientific PhD, with 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
  • Proven experience at regional / global level in developing and executing integrated evidence generation strategies.
  • Strong data interpretation, communication skills, and ability to build strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in clinical and real-world evidence (RWE) study development.
  • Disease area experience in Rare Diseases is highly desired.
