Dell Technology is seeking undergraduates for one unique and exciting opportunities located in Ireland.

One opportunity available is to join Dell’s Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP), a global three year rotational program aimed at hiring top supply chain talent from the best supply chain programs in the world and develop them into future leaders at Dell. The program combines three, one year rotations in Procurement, Operation and Logistics with coursework to further enhance your knowledge base throughout your rotations.

This opportunity offers a wide breadth of experiences and an advanced knowledge of Dell’s supply chain. You will have networking opportunities with managers and executives, career development planning, soft skill training, developmental workshops, and a robust feedback/performance review process.

Logistics

  • Carrier Management

  • Import/Export Control

  • Fulfillment & Logistics Operations

Requirements

  • Master’s level degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or applicable field

  • Recent graduate (within 0-12 months) with a strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and operations.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Strong Leadership, analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
